The Frugal Traveler: Southern France

In this week's installment of The Frugal Traveler, Matt Gross travels to southern France, where he finds some small towns with delicious food. Though he has some trouble meeting people, he eventually finds a restaurant owner who is kind enough to show him around and give him a free meal, granted that he sends along a copy of the video.
